DESCRIPTION: E. Howard Watch Co., Boston Series VIII deer grade N-size 15J, stem wind, pendant set, adjusted, elaborately damascene nickel movement with gold jewel settings and lever escapement in heavy engraved and monogrammed E.H. & Co. 18K yellow gold open face case with gold cuvette. CONDITION: good running order (winds, sets and ticks), the setting slips very slightly, the movement is in very good condition with a couple of spots of oxidation on case screws. The very heavy solid gold 18K case is original and in very good condition with some minor pin pricks on surface. The dial has the faintest hairline below second's bit. There is a wonderful crown guard oversize bow. This is a great example of a desirable E. Howard watch in 18K case.
